Objective:
Our client, located in Shropshire, required a garage door solution that not only offered reliability but also complemented the aesthetic appeal of their property. They were seeking a durable roller door that seamlessly merged with their exterior while enhancing security and convenience.
The Process:
Our experienced sales team engaged thorough consultation with the client to grasp their specific needs regarding security, appearance, and functionality. Subsequently, our qualified surveyor conducted a meticulous site survey, ensuring precise measurements of the garage opening and surroundings. Any potential obstructions or issues were noted, and specific client requests were thoroughly discussed.
After thoughtful consideration and expert advice from our team, the client opted for the SWS Seceuroglide Original roller door in a sophisticated Black colour (RAL 9005), promising a warm and inviting aesthetic. They were particularly impressed with the standard safety optical edge, which halts operation upon detecting an object, ensuring the safety of small children and pets. Additionally, the door's renowned motor, known for its reliability, ensured smooth and efficient operation.
Results:
The roller door was promptly ordered and installed at the property, meeting the originally estimated 4-6 week lead time.
During the installation process, 75mm guides, full boxes, and endplates were fixed in the same colour as the door, ensuring an attractive and secure fit. A receiver box with a wall-mounted LED-lit pushbutton was also included, providing visual indication of operation and enhancing safety.
When it comes to roller garage doors, compromising on security, safety, and quality is never an option. This is why SWS was the clear choice. The rigid aluminium construction, customisable colour options, remote control operation, and 7-year warranty all contributed to a successful project and delighted clients.
